The product

"Your Heart Is Fine. Why Are You Still Afraid?" is a 12-week self-guided workbook delivered as a digital PDF. There is no printed copy. After payment you are taken to a download page. If the download does not work, email us and we will send you the file.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the website and at checkout. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on your location, Stripe may act as the reseller of your purchase and handle tax, payment support and disputes.

How you may use the workbook

The workbook is for your own personal use. You may read it on any of your devices and print copies for yourself. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute the file or its contents.

Health information

The workbook is educational self-help. It is not medical care, not a diagnosis and not psychological treatment, and it is not a clinically tested program. It cannot tell you whether any sensation is harmless. Always follow your clinician's guidance, and contact your clinician about anything new, changing or worrying. Do not use the workbook to delay care. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

We take care to make the workbook accurate and useful. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on its content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page on the date of your purchase applies to your purchase.
